FIFTHREALM Shipping Policy

At FIFTHREALM, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • During high-volume periods such as drops, sales, or holidays, processing times may be longer

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

  • International Standard: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

4. Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • FIFTHREALM is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly

  • We recommend shipping to a secure address

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout

  • FIFTHREALM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order

7. Split Shipments

  • In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order is split
